How do I book a job with APS Electrical Services?

How much does APS Electrical Services charge for a call out fee if there is any?

At we have created a list of more than 35 packages of conventional jobs as a:

  • Supply & install power points
  • Supply & install down lights
  • Supply & install light switches
  • Supply & install RCD (safety switches)

And because of that APS Electrical Services most of the times will be able to give you an estimated quote for free over the phone, email, website and if is out of our list then we will charge a call out fee of $150 deductible if you go ahead with the quote given once on site.

When do I have to pay and what payment methods does APS electrical have available?

  • Jobs less than $500:
  • no deposit needed
  • Jobs over $500:
  • we do require 50% deposit of the estimated quote to book the job prior to commencement, and the balance to be paid on completion*
  • Payment is required on completion of the job
  • Pre-arranged payments will be required within 5 days after the completion of the job, your prompt attention will be greatly appreciated
  • Any variation or additional work required will be quoted accordingly and payment required also on completion
  • Our electricians are provided with EFTPOS machine so payments will easily be made with credit card or over the phone
  • Partial payments of the total price will not be acceptable under any circumstances
  • American Express surcharge is 2.5%

Will APS Electrical Services charge me for overtime?

Absolutely not! One of our qualities at APS Electrical Services when we are on a job that it might take us or is taking us more than expected we will not charge our customers for overtime unless the customer initially agrees with the extra-charge so we can get the job done as per customer requirements, alternatively what we’ll do is we will come back the following day to finish the job and no extra charges will apply.

How much warranty does APS Electrical Services offer?

It really depends on the manufacturer but usually most of the brands offer a minimum of 1 year warranty on parts we install so that means that if anything happens inside the warranty timeframe, we will replace it for a new one with no extra cost for the customer.
