In buildings where the installations are of a commercial nature we can find that depending on the size of the building and its location it may be that the perimeter of the property is surrounded by walls or metal fences, whichever one of these options they have something in common and that is that they need an access gate to the perimeter controlled by a motor that closes/opens the access gate without the need to open it manually as in the past.
These motors are usually single phase 240V motors located on either side of the gate depending on the direction of opening, they can be activated by remote control, reading or swipe cards, mobile applications, manual switches or by an automatic opening/closing timer system.
